Formed in 2008 O.C.E.A.N Cheshire provides a voice for Black, Asian and other ethnic minority groups in Cheshire.

We aim to reduce social isolation and enhance wellbeing in the community. We work to improve community cohesion between Cheshire's ethnically diverse communities by providing support and a centre for the whole community to belong.
