Formed in 2008 O.C.E.A.N provides a voice for ethnic minorities in Cheshire East. We aim to reduce social isolation and enhance wellbeing in the community. We work to enhance community cohesion between all different ethnic minorities by providing a centre for the whole community to belong and use daily.
